Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your orders within 2 business days (day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in England; when banks in London are open for business).

All UK orders aim to be delivered on the next business day after dispatch via Royal Mail subject to Royal Mail’s standard terms. 

All orders are tracked & a signature is required on delivery for orders over £150

Currently we can only accept orders that are delivered to UK addresses.  

Information Requirements

If you do not provide us with the necessary information for delivery, and your product needs to be redelivered, we may charge you additional fees to redeliver the product.
