Unfortunately it is not possible to change your order once it has been placed. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible & orders that have been fulfilled cannot be cancelled. If you’ve already received a dispatch notification, we are unable to make any changes or accept cancellations.
If you would like to cancel an order that has not been fulfilled, please contact our customer care team as quickly as possible at hello@the8thjewellery.com with ‘Cancel order’ in the subject field along with your order number and we will do our best to cancel your order in time, but this may not always be possible.
Once your order is delivered you have 14 days to request a refund & return your order to us.
